Shape Range

Ferroperm manufactures a wide range of piezoelectric ceramics in different sizes and shapes, e.g. discs, plates, tubes, rings, hemispheres and focusing bowls (lenses). 90 % of our components are manufactured to meet individual requirements of our customers.
A number of standard sizes based on existing pressing tools are available. Certain commonly requested parts, discs, square plates, tubes and rings in Pz26 and Pz27 are carried in stock for prompt delivery.
Other dimensions can be made on request.

Self-Suppported Thin Discs
In addition to our existing product range, we are proud to introduce a new product, the self-supported thin discs. Thanks to a new production method, no lapping is necessary, and the available range of thickness resonance frequencies is 15 to 40 MHz.
